I thought I was over you
My heart diagreed with my head
The beats were so techno
I had trouble breatheing
Much less forming a sentence
What the hack is going on?!

I thought I was over you
How can I be
When you keep turning up
Where I least expect
Oh hellfire and brimstone!
What have I done to be thus cursed?

I thought I was over you
Congrats
You were crushed.

I thought I was over you
I'll get over you
I know I will
I'm not the queen of wishful thinking
Am I?
